Each Sunday roast experience is a culinary journey through the season’s finest offerings, expertly crafted for your delight. From our dry-aged, chocolate fed Ridgeway Farm Irish Wagyu, to our Romney salt marsh lamb, infused with garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Not forgetting our pièce de résistance: Hunching Farm pork belly, aged for 55 days, cured with sugar, salt, and herbs. The dish undergoes a meticulous six hour preparation, followed by a 24-hour steam, pressing, and finally, roasting, with our special mix of salt, lemon, and cider vinegar, creating that famous crackling we all love.
